We address hidden defects caused by the manufacturer, including:

• Malfunctioning clasps on earrings, chains, bracelets, and necklaces.

• Breakage of mechanical elements in jewelry.

• Stone loss (except in cases of mechanical damage caused by the client).​​

• Mechanical or other damages caused by careless actions of the customer or third parties (deformation, impacts, breaks).

• Signs of interaction with:

  • Alkaline detergents, chlorine, iodine, mercury, or their compounds.

  • Cosmetics or creams.

• Components not made from jewelry alloys (strings, straps, silicone, textiles, etc.).

• Jewelry from the "Sale" category.

• If warranty conditions are violated, repairs can be provided at the customer's expense, with shipping costs covered by the customer.

• We will repair the defect or replace the item with a similar one.

• Repair timeline: 7–30 days.

• Shipping: via Canada Post, covered by JULE.

These rules apply to all jewelry items and inserts.

To preserve the beauty and durability of your jewelry:

• Avoid careless use and mechanical damage.

• Prevent contact with acids, alkalines, and detergents.

• Avoid exposure to chlorine, iodine, mercury, sulfur, and their compounds (found in pools and cosmetics).

• Do not expose to solvents, ultrasonic cleaning, or extreme temperatures.

• Store each piece separately in a soft case to prevent scratches and chips.

If care instructions are not followed, the warranty will be voided!
